The inner seal for the door is mildewed because while I was in the hospital for 6 months, the door was left shut. However, I have a brand new rubber seal that just needs to be installed. I am only getting rid of it because I have had to downsize to a smaller place, and it will not fit in my new home. Still have the four stabilizing bolts for the inner drum to use during moving.
