We’ve purchased two Suburbans from this lot, and both were exactly in the condition we expected. They run great, look great, and were honestly represented. These are higher-mileage vehicles, so of course things can happen—but the care, judgment, and integrity they put into selecting their inventory really shows.
There’s absolutely no pressure here. Just good people who stand behind what they sell and treat customers the right way. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. As with any purchase, do your due diligence—test drive it, look it over, make sure it’s what you want—but if they have something you like, you can feel confident working with these guys. We can’t say enough about our incredible experience with Custom Wheels Inc. Joe and Joey, the amazing father-son duo, went above and beyond at every step of the process, making us feel like family from the moment we walked in. We ended up purchasing two Jeeps, and it was, by far, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had.

One of the Jeeps was a manual, which we were initially hesitant about. Joey took the time to explain everything and even gave us an impromptu manual driving lesson during the test drive. His patience and teaching skills turned what could have been a stressful experience into something fun and empowering. Who does that? Joey does – because he genuinely cares about his customers!

In an unexpected turn of events, we were offered an amazing deal as there was an out-of-state buyer who was attempting to deposit for the Jeep of interest.

In his kindness, Joe was trying to accommodate all interested customers involved and trying to create a win-win situation. Given the unique circumstances, Joe offered a very hot deal for another Jeep that my husband absolutely loved but was a 2 door and more expensive than the 4 door Jeep that was a better fit for the family with a lower sticker tag.

After Joe's amazing offer, we decided to purchase both as we had fallen in love with the larger manual Sahara Jeep (and now comfortable with driving manual thanks to Joey!) yet could not pass up the amazing deal on the 2-door white Jeep Wrangler Sport.

In response to his amazing offer, we exclaimed to Joe that we would take both Jeeps! He was surprised and accommodated us immediately. I was so excited and overcome with gratitude that I stopped at a local pizzeria to treat Joe and Joey to a well-deserved lunch.

But the story and the pleasant surprises don't stop there.

When we locked ourselves out of one of the Jeeps early on a Saturday morning, we reached out to Joey for advice, thinking it was a long shot. To our amazement, Joe and Joey drove to our home at 7 AM to help us unlock the car.  I must mention, they don't live around the corner from us. They live about 30 minutes west of us. And yet, they arrived with smiles, solutions, and genuine kindness – well outside business hours. AGAIN, WHO DOES THAT? Joe and Joey do.

Their passion for what they do is unmatched, and they don’t just sell cars – they educate, guide, and truly care for their customers. They connected us with skilled professionals for ongoing care, shared valuable knowledge that saved us money, and even personally delivered one of the Jeeps to our home on the day of purchase.

It was a seamless purchasing experience! Joe and Joey are straightforward, fair, yet very negotiable. They never charge extra dealership fees. Total Costs = Vehicle price + state-mandated taxes. With such reasonable ticket prices (and their negotiable nature), you are guaranteed to get a quality car at a bargain price.
