I’m tryna figure out why yall trying to sell a BMW M with white smoke coming out the tail pipe after a test drive… any car person knows that oil leaking through the valves… camera broke  with space n letter missing and want 19k yall are a joke and to know that bmw need major services is a shame…

This is a great place to purchase a vehicle Ms Dee and Marvin are humble as they come but the most definitely gained my respect and went out their way to make sure everything went smoothly after driving an hr, I will return to purchase another

I guess is my turn to tell my experience. I been interested in a 2019 BMW X5 that they have. Told them over the phone that I need it for export as a gift for my mom. They said they can’t do export papers, then I asked if they can transfer it to my friends dealership because he knows how to export, they said yes no problem. Also I asked about the condition of the car, they told me it’s in a show room condition. After all the agreements I put a deposit and took a flight from Seattle to them( that cost me 1000$). When I arrived, show room car transformed to a trash car. Every penel had major scratches and dents which were painted by hand to hide them. Hand rest discolored. When I ran a car fax, every oil change was over due by 5000-7000 miles each time. Car has 82k miles and no one did oil change on that transmission, diffs etc. which had to bee done 22k miles ago according to requirements. But I been told over the phone all the services been done recently. I was like ok, I spent a lot of time flying here, and decided to take the risk and do services myself but negotiated the price for only another 500$. Went to the bank, got the cashier check for a full amount, and when I came back they switched up telling me no we are not selling the car unless it’s transferred to your name. Trying to remind them what we spoke about and why I came here that fur, the owner refused to sell the car at all leaving me with the loss. With the deposit which who know if I’m going to receive back and the fly ticket that I bought for no reason. Definitely regretting dealing with them.  And definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone.
