2002 Toy Hauler 21ft Forest River Sandpiper

Very clean inside but does need some work. Haven't started generator in a while, needs house batteries, 1 bathroom roof vent cover, tires have cracks, screen door has tears, and rear door needs two springs. I just tried to fill the water tank and I noticed that is leaks at the filler tube and the drain plug on the bottom of the water tanks drips. If your able to do the work you can save money, this is why I priced it lower than all the others. Have current paperwork in my name, registration good til dec 2025, 2 3/16 ball hitch, all lights work inside and out, has top bunk and two couches, a/c, stereo system, tv hookups, top fold down bed, bathtub, stove, microwave, fridge freezer, thanks
