Printed name of the donor: Mrs. Roy A Birchard The certificate measures 8 ½ inches x 11 inches, heavy weight paper stock, printed one side only, three small marks that most likely can be removed otherwise in very nice condition, the text and illustration are bright and clean, odor free.
