Description

The obverse has a 3-4mm die gouge from the striking die that made the coin and is in fine to very fine condition and reverse is fine to very fine condition as well. These had a mintage of 18 million with a survival rate of ONLY 35,000 in all grades. Not very many left out there, folks, and this is an error as well !!!
