Great experience! Buying a used vehicle can be a headache to say the least as it always feels like a gamble. My husband and I had been looking for a used car for at least 2 months and went back on forth on what we wanted. What mattered the most to us was vehicle reliability and longevity  (we previously owned a 2015 suburban purchased from a large reputable dealership that ended up being a total lemon!). After visiting a couple dealerships (and not having a good feeling about the whole process and the cars we test drove), we found ourselves at Rick’s.. largely because of the variety of nice cars of their lot and their high online reviews. From start to finish the process was fast and easy. Our salesman Shawn was top notch and very experienced! They don’t hover, they don’t get in your business and there is zero pressure to buy. We drove away in our first Toyota! Just so happens we know Rick’s daughter! God is good!

My experience with Ricks Used Cars was really good. I filled out an online inquiry around 11pm on a Sunday night and included my phone number as well. I received a text message back within 5-10 minutes from Shawn, my sales guy. This guy was on top of it. The customer service this guy delivered was phenomenal. I purchased a used Land Cruiser “sight unseen” and requested detailed videos. Shawn didn’t quickly skip over imperfections on the vehicle (there weren’t many considering I purchased a 15 year old vehicle with over 220k miles) and I was very pleased with the quality to price. After I had put down the deposit to move forward with the deal, I was directed to Matt, the finance guy. Matt was terrific as well. He helped me through the process as I have never had a vehicle shipped to me. Super helpful dude. They seem to get a lot of their inventory from Texas, so rust shouldn’t be an issue. I will be looking at their website in the future for more “enthusiasts” purchases. Great people to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Great job Shawn and Matt, keep up the great work gentlemen 👍

Purchased a vehicle in March from here and had nothing but a great and welcoming experience.  I was glad to find a car I really hadn't considered. I was also thankful to be able to purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind. Sometimes you will find just what you need when you least expected. The entire staff was very nice and customer service was excellent.  I recommend them for your next car purchase without hesitation!
