Item Condition Housing is clean aluminum with light surface oxidation typical of age — no cracks, no impact damage, no coolant staining around the fittings. Both coolant quick-connects still have their factory yellow protective caps in place, and all three electrical connectors (2 orange HV, 1 black signal) are intact with no broken locking tabs. All mounting bosses and hardware bolt holes are undamaged. The QR/traceability label on the housing (10348685) is legible and matches the casting stamp. This unit is sold as-is/untested — it comes from Audi/VW own inventory release and we have not bench-tested it under load or connected it to a charging cycle. No manufacturer warranty is included.
