Comes with the round Accurate reel handle knob, clamp, and screws. The black color matches with any rod you'll mount it on. Accurate is top-of-the-line when it comes to fishing gear. I bought it and don't fish offshore very often. If the ad is up, it's still available. I will ignore lowball offers. $450
