I recently lost my car from being in an accident so I was on a journey this last month to find a new one. I went to NEW WAVE AUTO & HECTOR BORRUEL was the one who helped me. One of the best & easiest experiences I had. He was able to get me approved on my own which has been almost impossible for me this past year. I love my beautiful car and my payments are the best Iv ever had. If you're looking for a new car don't walk RUN & ask for HECTOR THE CAR CONNECTER!

The buying experience seemed pleasant and quick at first, but everything went downhill afterward. It took over three months to receive our DMV paperwork, tags, and plates, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we were clearly told the vehicle came with a 4-year engine and transmission warranty, which was a major reason we agreed to the purchase. Then, four months later, we received paperwork saying that the coverage was not included and that we would need to pay monthly for it. This was never disclosed at the time of sale and feels extremely misleading. Overall, this dealership lacks transparency and accountability. I would absolutely not recommend them and will never return.

Worst car buying experience of my life. I was having some issues with my credit being poor, so as a favor to one of my brothers they worked with me. That was cool of them I thought at first, but they bummer is: They sold me a lemon. A got a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Within a month and a half, the car broke down and wouldn't even start. They offered to look at it and charge me for parts. You'd think they'd offer to take care of it fully since they sold me garbage. But no. I'd steer clear of this place; they sell garbage for cars.

My experience with New Wave Auto Sales staff was excellent and I would recommend them to my family and friends looking to buy an automobile.  They were honest and very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the car that I wanted.

I bought a 2017 silverado and within a week had to change thermostat, check engine light is now on with an electrical problem. Tailight went out the day i drove it off the lot and i didnt notice but the license plate light was out too(i test drove the truck in the day time) unfortunately i bought cash so no warranty but fortunately ive worked on cars a little bit and can fix these issues. Do not buy from this dealer.
