John Deere 318 Tractor ONLY

This is a 1980ʼs John Deere 318, with the 18 horsepower Onan gas engine with 1023 hours on it and are all original. I bought this as a 1 year old demo from a dealer in a Iowa City. We havenʼt used this for about 5 years. It has been stored inside our pole barn gathering dust. The 318 has a brand new battery. The seat can be replaced for about $90 or cheaper if you donʼt buy the Deere variety. The front drive for deck: electric clutch is good, bearings in mule are good, and belt tensi1r works fine. 318 comes with rear PTO and the electric switch works fine, as do the 3 point lifting arms. Onan engine run good and doesnʼt burn any oil. There is a leak at oil filter adapter and a new gasket has just arrived, but not installed. Price for 318 only is $1200.
