The worst experience ever. purchased a 2018 BMW. When I saw the car the battery was dead. They charge the battery and it did run pretty good. I purchased the car but I told the manager Pablo that I would like a new battery. He agreed and I presume the battery was changed. The very next day my car wouldn’t start . So I ended up buying a new battery which BMW have to be programmed to the car. I spend $450 for the battery and to be programmed. A course Pablo refused to pay for this and that’s not including the car broke down less then a week later and that cost me an additional $3200 to fix it. So heads up with High Performance Motors. Make sure you have everything in writing even if you think is a minor issue. They are very polite before you purchase your vehicle. But if you ever have an issue they won’t even answer you calls . The manager is the worse Pablo.

I am very pleased with the service. Dayana was very attentive and professional, answering all the questions. Terry was also very knowledgeable about the proper formalities and the credit/numbers requirements. I bought a used car in excellent condition, and the process was smooth. Some issues were found a few days later, but they are working on that. I will update the review after the resolution.
