Description

This older trailer is clean, dry, and fully operational. A/C, heater, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and plumbing all work. There is no built-in step, so a step stool is used for entry. All lights have been replaced with LEDs. Easy to tow. There is a crack in the shower floor. There is a softer spot on the floor near the wall opposite the door, however it supports full weight (including me at ~ 230 lbs.) and is not in the normal walking path. If the sofa is made into a bed, this area is completely covered (some people leave their trailer set up this way). This is a 28-year-old trailer and is in good condition, considering its age. Priced as-is.
