These for the most part appear to be in really nice condition. There are a few tiny holes on the seats on 1 or 2 chairs I believe. This can be sewn. Fabric is like a dark navy velvet. Chairs look very elegant. We have them in storage in Melrose Park. Measures 24" from floor to top of seat. Asking $250 for the 4. Bobs furniture has the same dining chair & counter height chairs for $130 each.
