Additional Details (1) Childhood Interests Pony Train: This is a three-piece wooden pony train, identified as a "Right-Time Toy," featuring three colorful cars that connect with metal hooks. It was manufactured by Childhood Interests, Inc., based in Roselle Park, New Jersey (the label is visible on the front car). The pony train measures approximately 15 1/2” x 2 3/8” x 2 7/8” and is in good, well-preserved condition. (2) Kodak Carousel Transvue 140 Slide Tray: This slide tray is a vintage accessory that holds up to 140 mounted 35mm slides. Its compatibility is stated on the box: "For use in all KODAK CAROUSEL and EKTAGTAPHIC Slide Projectors except Models 550, 550R, 570, AV580, RA-950, CAROUSEL S, Pocket, and EXTRAGRAPHIC Model RA-960." The "Transvue" designation means the slide tray is made of a semi-transparent material, allowing you to see the slide numbers when illuminated by the projector lamp. The slide tray was “Made in the U.S.A. by EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY, Rochester, N.Y. “ The original box measures approximately 10” x 10” x 2 3/4” and the slide tray is in very good/excellent condition. (3) MacBeth Evans Art Deco Vase: This is a Art Deco-style black glass vase and an image search reveals it is likely made by the MacBeth Evans Glass Company of Pennsylvania. The vase is made of a type of opaque black glass referred to as "black amethyst glass" or "opaque black licorice glass." It features a smooth rim and neck and a "diamond and dart" or "dotted" pattern on a textured body. The vase measures approximately 3” in diameter (bottom), 4” diameter (middle/top), 2 3/8” diameter (top) x 8 1/4” (height) and is in very good/excellent condition. (4) Masonic Ceremonial Trowel: This is a Masonic ceremonial trowel, likely functioning as a letter opener, featuring a wooden handle and a spade engraved with Masonic symbols. Beneath the handle, the spade is engraved “Kistner Chicago 1963.” The trowel measures approximately 7 5/8” x 1 7/8 “ x 1” and is in good condition (some tarnish on underside). (5) Noah’s Ark Pull Toy: This is a wooden Noah's Ark pull toy, produced by “Holgate Toys” (the label is displayed on the front). The pull toy is shaped like a boat, representing Noah's Ark from the biblical story, and features blue-painted animal figures on the sides and the word "ARK." Equipped with red wheels and a yellow rope with a blue ball handle, it is designed to be pulled along. The pull toy measures approximately 10 5/16” x 3 1/8” x 3 3/8” and is in good, well-preserved condition. (6) Vintage Wicker Picnic Basket: This vintage wicker picnic basket is made of woven wicker and leather or faux leather handle and straps. The picnic basket features a hinged lid and smaller removable basket, and a red and white checkered or “gingham” lining. There are no identifiable marks on the picnic basket itself, but an image search reveals a strong resemblance to a wicker picnic basket made by Pier 1 Imports. The picnic basket measures approximately 19 3/8” x 14 1/4” x 8 1/4” and is in very good/excellent condition. (7) Woodcroftery For Americans Decorative Wall Plate: This is a round, decorative wall plate (wooden) that features hand-painted decorations and the phrase, "No Matter Where I Serve My Guests It Seems They Like My Kitchen Best.” An image search indicates it’s made by Woodcroftery For Americans. The wall plate has a metal staple on the back (top) for hanging. The wall plate measures approximately 12” in diameter and is in very good condition (a few light scratches).
