Description

Large antique painted steel tray from France with a wooden base. Painted in the early 20th century. The base is not original to the antique tray. Wonderful antique condition with crazing and minor losses to the painted surface of the tray. Green background with flowers and fruit and birds. The surface has been sealed with clear acrylic. It can be wiped clean with no damage to the painting. The back side has also been sealed. Great original French piece for use as a coffee table. The tray is 38" in diameter. The rim is 1 1/2" high. The stand is 18 1/2" high. Overall the tray and stand measure 20"
