Trailer Rv Camper Camping Xplorer By Riverside 135X 2022 Xplorer by Riverside 16ft RV Travel Trailer This is the PERFECT compact size, PERFECT condition—just under 16ft!! (15ft 9”) but still fully equipped even with a toilet & standing shower with skylight! This SIZE is HARD TO FIND & easy to tow & store & park. We have used this about 5 times. Sadly, we no longer have a place to park it, so we are selling it. There is nothing wrong with it!!! This model is amazing, also has a larger fridge & freezer than trailers in the 19ft range. There is a standard retractable awning (which these things are known for tearing easily, sure enough a small piece separated after only using a few times, but it has been secured at the seam. You can choose to keep using as is or replace or sew it) We even reinforced the roof seams with exterior roofing sealant (you tube recommends doing this on all trailers even if they are new) It has an RV queen size memory foam that we upgraded from the stock one. We also removed the convertible couch (but we still have it and it can easily be reattached) because we found the sitting and sleeping situation is more comfortable with the slight modification we made. Just paid the registration. The trailer will also come with the tire covers, tire stoppers, levelers for stability while camping, dishes, pots, shower curtain, window curtains, extra convenient phone & key holders, fire extinguisher, black and grey water tablets, rv grade toilet paper, cabinet & fridge secure locks, and most likely the hoses and tubes for dumping & supplying fresh water, battery, propane tank.
