Lisa at Mercedes-Benz of Delray was hands down the best car salesperson we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, she was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely had my best interest in mind.

What stood out most was how different she was from the typical car sales experience—there was never any pressure, never any feeling that she was just trying to “make a sale.” Instead, she went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

She even helped make our new G-Wagon purchase extra special by turning it into part of our gender reveal celebration. She put in so much effort to make it a memorable moment for us, and it meant the world.

Just bought a very nicely CPO’d MB from Justin at MB of Delray over the phone from St. Louis, sight unseen. They took my deposit, did all the work to CPO the car (Which was substantial ) and had it detailed and ready for pickup. Car was in pristine condition just as described, and Justin went out of his way to work with the service staff to make sure the car was perfect.   I can tell you Justin took care of everything, the price was exactly as described..,no “gotch yas” and I’d simply say flat out you can feel confident buying a Mercedes-Benz from Justin and his dealership in Delray.

I bought a new Mercedes in February, which is Mike from Sales provided above and beyond service. Since the car was in the garage for a few months, I had a few issues . Kevin from services nog just fixed it, but expedited , so I have my car sooner. Thank you Mercedes of Delray for excellent customer service

Mike Luciano provides great customer service - consistently follows up with customers keeps them updated, and truly takes care of their needs. He made trading in my car an easy process. When my car needed a service check-up, Mike scheduled the appointment and arranged a rental car for me. Excellent service from start to finish! Very happy with my new car. Thank you Mike!
