Antique French Louie XV Style Armchair w/Genuine Ostrich Leather - Very Rare!

This antique Armchair is an extremely rare and valuable find, it just needs a little TLC that I unfortunately don’t have time for. It is made of genuine ostrich leather, has extremely intricate ornate carvings through the entire wooden structure and large statement metal studs trimming where the leather meets the wood. The design and shape of it is a French King Louie XV design giving it a classic and dramatic Victorian look, and the color is a mustard yellow/burnt orange combo, all of which gives it quite a striking classic Victorian look. As you can see in the photos, there is a rip down the middle of the seat part as well as a couple reddish colored stains on the back rest. I am so sad to have to see this go as I had intended on getting the seat re upholstered or mended but just haven’t had the time and need to make room. It’s a perfect refurbishing project or can easily be fixed by a professional upholster. This chair is extremely valuable because of the rarity of the ostrich leather along with the age, coloring, design details and overall style and could go for upwards of $6500 once repaired.
