It was a trade-in vehicle belonging to one of our dealer clients. During the repair, the dealer went belly up and couldn't pay for the engine or labor when the vehicle was completed. The dealer signed the title over to us as payment and we've had the car ever since. I transfered the title over to my name and have open title. Car has 240K on the odometer but, engine we replaced had 89K. Car is in good shape and runs great. FYI - NO warranty on labor or engine replacement available as the time has expired.
