We recently had a baby and we needed to upgrade to a family car quickly. Toyota Sienna’s are hard to find so we were so excited to find a used one close by at a local dealership that we could afford.

They said it wouldn’t last long because this car is so popular. They said it was in great condition and had no problems. We made the mistake of trusting them.

A few days later the breaks were having problems and we took the car to get it inspected. They found leaks, cracks, and many other mechanical failures. The repair costs were estimated over $20,000, which is more than we paid for the vehicle.

When we called them, we were told, “it doesn’t matter what we told you verbally, it only matters what you signed!”
