Purchased this in August 2020 from Lowes. Normal use for small family, works perfectly fine we just don't like not having a dedicated dryer anymore. Having one single unit is a neat idea, but we found that we wanted the flexibility in being able to dry something quickly instead of running an entire cycle (wash and dry). Typically the full cycle takes 3-4 hours because it dries your clothes with super hot steam while draining whatever moisture remains. Overall, we just didn't like it, but it still works great and would be perfect for someone that has limited space, or wants a washer for the garage/shop that you just turn on and it washes and dries without intervention. They call it ventless, but it does release very hot steam out the back. You do not have to pipe that steam outside, but it's wise to run the fan in the laundry room because it gets very warm and humid.
