23 to 24 volt open circuit…was a little folding picnic table but one side’s legs are missing…6mm barrel output connector….should work to charge a small battery pack or solar ‘generator’…just tested it under load today. First photo of the meter shows 23+ volts and the second photo shows DC current at 3 1/2 amps. Cash only firm on price please note my location as I am out of the way for many. I’m near Rick’s Café in Pinon Hills, California.
