2 year old Couch very clean, all covers recently washed. No stains, does have one very minor rip on one of the back pillows but is an easy fix if you can sew. The chaise also has slight wear but it is barely visible tried to capture in close up picture. Couch is definitely super comfortable. I paid more than 4 k originally as it is also in a custom fabric called Truffle Taft which is a light to medium chocolate brown color. This does come from a home with dogs but they are not allowed on the couch. I mention in case of any allergies. However as mentioned covers are removable to be washed.
