Description

3 piece couch with each piece reclining. Normal wear and tear with some stains from pets and one back corner has a small chew spot from a puppy. Can be cleaned without any issues. Still has lots of use left in it and only selling due to downsizing. Must be picked up and will need a truck and/or trailer. Is located in a 2nd floor apartment, so will need a couple of strong bodies as well.
