Air Conditioner. GE. 12,000 BTU 1 Ton Energy Star With Remote. Works Great. Blows Ice Cold Air.

Unit is a GE 12,000 btu 1 ton air conditioner that works great. 110 volts. Comes with remote that also works fine. I can demo it for you. I got it when I bought the contents of a storage building at auction and have run it every day for 4-6 hours a day for the last 8 days. It blows ice cold air that's 22-25 degrees cooler than the incoming air measured with a digital thermometer. The coils and fins look clean and in good shape front and back. There's some slight degradation of the fins and some rust on the the very bottom on the back which is normal for window AC's and is shown in one of the pictures. The top of the inside part has got some sun yellowing also shown in the pictures. Looking inside slots it looks very clean and none of the screws show any rust. Dimensions: 21w x 16t x 21d. Don't know the weight but it's a heavy duty air conditioner and will take 2 people or a cart to move it. Comes with what's shown in photos, cash only - no payment apps, as is.
