Very comfortable. In good sturdy condition. Microfiber type material. Does have some stains. I did have a dog that would sit on it. But no tears or scratches. Would probably be a great couch with a slip cover. 74 inches wide x 36 inches deep. I’m in Chandler near Queen Creek and Alma. Pick up only.
