He’s near SPICER & EXCHANGE. do NOT meet up with this man. 5’5-5’9 Black Male, medium complexion..Skinny, couldn’t weigh more than 165. Really short hair, stubbles maybe, and possibly a beard. And REPORT HIM. The more people reporting him the better chance he’ll be removed and targeted as a known thief. IF you are in contact with HIM please contact ME.
