It literally is brand new. Itdoesn't have any stains or wear and tear. I had upgraded the mattress for a better quality one and have the anti-stain treatment on the fabric. It was used in the second living room with very few people ever sitting on it. Slept someone on hide a bed about 4 times, with a mattress protector also (can be provided with purchase if you'd like). Could give the Twin Bamboo sheets set as well. Paid 780$, proof of purchase available. Dimensions; 60 inches (5 feet) x 37 inches total depth and about 36-38 inches high. Comes from a smoke free, kids free, pets free environment. It is a VERY heavy piece of furniture, you have to come with the manpower to move it. I don't deliver.
