Dual station heavy bag and speed bag stand comes with 70lb heavy bag and upgraded speed bag swivel. Only thing missing is the padding that would go around the skinny poles sticking up on the base of the stand, where you would put lifting plates to weigh down the stand, although I used to use sand bags instead and worked a lot better at keeping it staple. Heavy bag has a small cut, but nothing duct tape can't fix. Heavy bag might look dirty but it's mostly just duct tape residue. Speed bag not included. Stand is disassembled, but I still kept all of the small parts intact, so assembly should be easy. Screws are all the same size and so assembling it is pretty straight forward, I can send a pdf of assembly instructions, assembly tools are included.
