Pending Saturday! Very well built all galvanized steel framed 12x20 with 4 ft trex deck porch and 3/4 plywood floor. We used this as a display at the home and sportsman show and it's still on the trailer and ready to deliver immediately. I was gonna use as an office but we r changing suppliers for our doors and windows so you get the opportunity to finish this as you like. This was designed with full skids underneath to be able to be loaded and pulled around. The floor will never rot and the frame will never rust. This will literally last forever. Has 9 ft walls and enough. Clearance for a sleeping or storage loft. It's very easy to wire with lights and outlets and u can add more insulation and sheetrock or paneling as you like. The 8.5x22 14k lb hydraulic tilt trailer is available also at additional cost if u wanna keep it portable. Call for info. Handrail was just for display and if you buy the trailer there is a set of stairs with handrails both sides.
