Adult owned always had a cover on it and a protector with sheets I only took it off to show how clean and nice the mattress is!! Never slept on it without the protector and sheets! Only had it for maybe a year it’s super comfy and I think 10” this bed comes with a powered box spring so the head lifts with a controller :) the only reason we are selling it is because our new room we are moving to is small and we won’t have any space other than that we would keep it this bed is sooo comfy very soft and makes u pass out its very comfortable amazing feel and super clean!! Could have sworn it is also cooling material as well we paid 4K for this bed
