ok you chicago fanatic (people) this is your history chicago is 1 of the most beautiful cities in the world and you would like a remnant/relic from the past and 1 of a kind right the natural wood and how its preserved its 1 a kind its amazing you will not find no better period .Ok heres a very rare absolutely beautiful made in chicago well I have here is a hard to find in very good condition museum quality it's antique victorian solid oak wood swivel captains chair this is a survivor a work of art from the 1850s to 1910s Victorian era made in chicago absolutely beautiful 1 of a kind it's like house on the prarie days the cast iron hardware on the bottom is marked ford johnson co Chicago patened very hard to find really really old you could ad castors that would be an option you know chicago and milwaukee came out with some really,really nice wood chairs and i I've seen quite a few these this is 1 of best out of all of them stunning museum quality this is unique design in great condition for it's age some wear here and there could use a touch up has 1 minor fracture on 1 side corner this will not take away the value ive been selling antiques for 12 years now i know my stuff this could be worth easily 1,200 upwards 1,700 i think around that for me if you google antique chicago chair on ebay there are these antique victorian piano stools they want 500.00 each this is 3 or 4 times better than those so this is a hellava deal for this.For me I turn and burn give a good price this can be seen on YouTube just Google Victorian oak chair and it's on free classifieds Chicago I will deliver upwards 200 miles for 100.00 or we can in Michigan City at a truck stop for 50.00 please call text me {contact info removed} thanks God bless America happy holidays merry Christmas..p.s would need 75.00 good faith m1y just in case I show up and your not there
