An ornate, carved corner chair - designed in the classic roundabout style - featuring a distressed cream and gilt finish with a beautiful floral tapestry seat. Meticulous carving covers every surface: scrolled back splats, elegant turned legs, and a charming cherub watching over the top rail. She came from a very dear friend of mine: a tiny dancer standing about 4'7", who sat in this chair every single day to put her shoes on. Her whole closet was filled with dance shoes, worn down because she never stopped dancing. This chair was part of her every day.
