I almost never leave reviews but feel the need to after my experience. I would not recommend buying from here. I’ve boughten 6 cars from dealerships before and this was the worst experience. I understand wanting to make a profit but they wouldn’t even negotiate with me for a fair sale, even as a returning customer as my husband also bought his truck through them two years ago. The trade in value they offered me wasn’t even up to value of blue book. I ended up selling my vehicle to carvana for $8000 more than what they offered me. They then tried to tell me they were selling the vehicle under value, except when I put it into blue book they were actually selling it above value. Upon completion of the sale, they told me they were taking the vehicle back to detail, and when I got it, it was covered in water marks and lubrication grease left all over the seats. I even found what appeared to be dried up oil on two of the windows and doors. The undercarriage and rear window also looked like it went through the Sahara desert to get here, it was covered in orange sand. Not impressed at all. I didn’t even get a thank you for my business.

I live in North Carolina. I couldn’t find a dealership up here that would return a phone call let alone going to the dealership 4 times and begging them to do business with me. I found this vehicle online(color was very hard to find) and sent the dealership a message and they were ready to do business. My wife and I were searching for a truck. We visited Toyota, looked at the Tundra and Tacoma. Both had rigid back seats. We went to Nissan to look at the Titan and Frontier Pro X. Great looking truck in Orange, but again the back seat was to rigid. (Uncomfortable). We were about to give up, and the following day we drove to Nations Ford. We met with Sam Olsen, who showed us the F150, but was too large to drive for my wife. We then looked at the Maverick, but didn’t have the tow capacity I needed. We were about to give up, when Sam asked if we would be interested in a Ranger XLT Sport. Wow, it was everything we expected, the back seats were as comfortable as the front, The Burgundy color was nice, it had the tow package with electric brakes capability. The electronic upgrades were fantastic, and the price was even better. Under $40k. We then went to Finance and met with Ty Sweet. He had us take an extra year of Bumper to Bumper, to 4 years and it dropped our finance percentage rate down 1% . I’m happy we stopped by Nations Ford, met with a great group of people working there. Sam Olsen also went through and assigned us all the apps we needed to fully enjoy the Ford Ranger with Ford Pass and others. I’m 65 and have to be a little frugal with my money under Social Security. Thanks everyone involved making it a great buyin experience. No pushy salesmen or vultures.
