Native Silver Maple Sapling Tree

Maple sapling is about a foot and a half tall. Pick up in east haven Acer saccharinum, commonly known as the silver maple, is a large deciduous tree native to eastern and central North America and southeastern Canada. It can grow to 50–80 ft tall, with a rounded crown and a shallow, fibrous root system. The silver maple is known for its light green leaves with silvery undersides, which turn orange and scarlet in the fall. In early spring, it produces greenish yellow flowers that mature into paired samaras in late spring. Great to plant in areas that are wet and along waterways
