For sale is a gorgeous 1889 Morgan Silver Dollar. The 1889 Morgan is not one of the key dates in the series, but what this specific coin has going for it is its high near-uncirculated grade. Anytime you can find a lustrous high grade Morgan Dollar it is an instant collectible and takes the value and rarity a notch. As you can see from the pics the coin is in amazing near-uncirculated condition, and it would come in at a high AU (almost uncirculated) grade. The coin has all original details on the obverse and reverse, and all the intricate details are present from the flowers in Lady Liberty's hair to all feathers nice and clear on the eagle's breast, which is always the first things to wear off on Morgans.
