I purchased this tent set-up new in 2017, paid the same price they are currently advertised today. I love this thing, it’s super easy to setup and take down. The added Annex (walls that attach to the RTT) makes a great way to add privacy, change outfits, use as a wind break. I have only camped with this 5 times since 2017, it was first mounted on my ‘17 Tacoma and briefly on my ‘20 Tundra. There are no rips, tears or stains to the tent whatsoever. When not in use (October-March) it is always stored inside. The reason I’m selling this is because I’m upgrading to a camper setup. Please feel free to ask any questions.
