$25 for both. The desk is fairly new. Got it from wal mart back in April for about $50 and put it together myself. Look, I'll be honest, I accidentally put the top on backwards and didn't notice til I was done and stood the thing up and was like "awwww crap." So the "finished" side is on the opposite side facing the wall. Not really a big deal, works fine and doesn't look bad. But you could flip it back yourself pretty easily. Far as I'm concerned, the fact you don't have to put the whole darn thing together yourself is a win. The chair was a goodwill find, nothing wrong with it, just isn't a super fancy model or anything.
