Includes waterproof cover + secondary cover for pets or kids. Sits 3. Mattress can easily fit 2 people. Still has most of the plastic on the mattress but there is a hole where the plastic tore. Comes from a home with all sorts of pets but it'll be up to you to do a deep clean / sanitization. The couch itself is very soft and comfortable. NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD. As I said, we have pets which includes dogs and cats of varying breeds and coat length. The only reason we're getting rid of it is because we're redecorating. The only damage is a very small tear in a cushion where my dog chewed it. You can patch it yourself, or you can actually take the cushion to Sofas 4 Less in Antioch and have it replaced (for a fee, but sometimes they'll accomodate free services if they have the materials already in stock). I have no receipts but their supplies are pretty specific because it was custom-made. YOU HAUL IT! No delivery, MUST be picked up within a few days of contact or we will move on to the next person. It's a solid couch but we're able to move it around just fine with two people. Bring a buddy, we will not help you move the couch. Rough measurements: highest point 35" widest point 90" The price is negotiable but don't waste my time. Low ballers will be ignored and blocked.
