Frank was very knowledgeable and treated my wife and I very nicely. He took us out on a test drive in which he explained all the features of the aviator. Afterwards we discussed color combinations and he located and bought us the exact exterior and interior color combinations we wanted. After one look, we were hooked. The agent Marlon was super very good, professional and answer every questions. Easy to deal with and friendly attitude. A very important thing about the dealership. NO HIDDEN FEE or JUNK FEE (saving 4 grand): honest fee=2 the transfer tag in my case, sale taxes and $899 dealer fee (half of others dealers). Of course then they offer (not the agent in the office) a warranty package that was more expensive of the purchase but is okay that's is the way to do business.
Over all, everyone in there were good and I gave 5 stars with the bottom of my heart.
