32 foot tow behind Camper - 2 slides New AC motor, have a second one new in box as well. Couch and Table stay No mattress Tankless hot water heater added 2 TVs Updates faucets All electric works Stove and oven work 3/4 year old batter Comes with 1 propane tank (still over half way full) Awning works ( has a few smaller tears) Valances in living room are gone. All slides work Will have it freshly washed Salvaged title- Stationary only can not go on the road (unsure why, I bought it salvaged) We did live in it for 2 years so slight wear and tear
