These lamps are 1930s or 40s reproductions of lamps from the 1920s. They are real brass, not some resin with a fake brass finish. The shades are real leaded stained glass. They are 18 inches (45.7 cm) tall without the leaded stained glass shades or a bulb. They are 19.5 inches (49.5 cm) tall with the shades. I love them. I purchased them at an antique shop in Denver in 2001 to place on my hand carved fireplace mantle from 1898. The original asking price was $500. That was during the dot-com bust, so I was able to bargain the price down to $360. I now live with my girlfriend, and I no longer have a place for them. I am asking $173 less than my original purchase price!
