We bought the best most comfy pillows we can find from the IKEA but then found out my husband is allergic to feathers! Of all the things we thought he is allergic, never thought of feathered pillows until he got tested! It is very hard to find pillows you like until you try it. But this one is recommended! Too late cannot return. We always use thick padded pillow covers or pillow protectors plus the pillow case. This is very soft and clean, no smell, no pets, non-smoker. This pillow are machine washables. $20 EACH
