Make a long story short I purchased one Hamilton Beach toaster oven and Amazon sent 2 by accident. I just had surgery and couldn’t drive so I complained to Amazon due to having to return one of them for a refund. Due to me not being able to drive they allowed me to keep both. The box was opened but it is brand new. I have the 2 toasters side by side in the last pics. Let me know if you have any questions. We paid 99$ + tax and only asking 50$
