Perfect reupholstery project! These are great quality brand but the fabric has stains all over. Could also just have slipcovers as the down cushions are still in really good shape. Comes from a pet free non smoking home. I cannot help load and you will need to go up and down a flight of stairs. 80x26x40" 19" seat height 24" arm height.
