I had a great car buying experience here.  Saw their ads on Auto Trader. Went to their website and found several cars that I wanted to see in person. When I entered the store I was greeted by Cisco who asked me how he could help me. Told him that I wanted to trade in my car and buy a Tesla 3. He showed me several options that qualified for the tax credit. He offered me to do a test drive by myself. Loved it.  The terrible " negotiation phase" did not happen. We came in to buy our 1st Tesla that i had eyed for a few months. We were able to test drive it and i knew she was meant to be mine lol.
