You charge up the air, carry the bottle to where you need air and this tank can pressurize a full truck tire rated at 45psi without any problems. If your driving a Honda Accord this bottle can air charge two of these tires with ease and with out the sound of a motor. This is pretty much a steel balloon. Blow air into it, pinch the office and blow air out, like when you charge a rubber balloon with helium and untie the the open end and suck out the helium.
