Hi, I been living on this boat for almost 6 years, I have done a lot of upgrades and sadly to say the moorage liveaboard price went up to 1740 a month which I feel super high and since I purchased a dog I need a place more suitable for him....... Currently the only minor issue is the last owner kept this boat in salt water which over time I guess some water got splashed on the oil pan and cause a small hole, I removed the oil pan to see if I could do the job myself which I can't without pulling motor out. I might be doing a temporary fix just so it runs and if I don't sell it before I move at least I can move it to a different location. My price reflects a fast sale in current state. If I fix temporary I will be raising my price. If you search for my boat online you can see these things go for 20 to 30k and mine is much nicer then those stock boats. I just purchased the canvas and windows which cost me 6k the battery charger is the best you can buy at 1k, and the automatic flushing toilet are just some of the few upgrades I did.
