This piece has been attributed based upon archived research including online sources, vintage documentation and catalogs, designer literature, and other materials and, it does retain a piece of the original tag on the bottom. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. It is gorgeously hand painted with a beautiful cream and gilt finish and adorned with gold trimmed arched panels on each of its eight sides depicting a hand painted interestingly clothed and colorful figure…possibly Saints or sacred, spiritual individuals. Two of its sides are, actually, double opening doors with hand forged teardrop handles which open to ample useful storage.
